In Neo Edo, SD cards are no longer simple storage devices. Connected to their owners through neural interfaces, they carry identity records, memories, private keys, digital assets, credentials, and access permissions.

Each card also serves as a personal node on the Bitcoin network. Over more than a century, Bitcoin evolved far beyond a financial system, becoming part of the decentralized digital infrastructure that supports identity, ownership, data verification, and communication across Neo Edo.

A card reaches full functionality only when connected to its owner's neural signature. This binds each active node to a real person and prevents corporations or other powerful groups from simply creating millions of artificial nodes to take control of the network.

Personal data and memories are not stored entirely on the blockchain. Large amounts of encrypted data are distributed across the network, while ownership, permissions, and verification records remain secured through Bitcoin.
