NFT LICENSE

LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 17, 2026

This License applies to all NEO EDO 2099 NFTs (“NFTs”) officially issued by the NEO EDO 2099 project and owned by holders on the Ethereum blockchain.

By acquiring and holding a NEO EDO 2099 NFT, you agree to the terms of this License.

1. Ownership

When you acquire a NEO EDO 2099 NFT, you own the NFT itself and receive certain rights to use the artwork specifically associated with that NFT, subject to the terms of this License.

Ownership of a NEO EDO 2099 NFT does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property associated with the NEO EDO 2099 project.

FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS LICENSE:

• “Owned NFT” means a NEO EDO 2099 NFT that you currently lawfully own on the Ethereum blockchain.

• “Owned Artwork” means the artwork specifically associated with your Owned NFT.

• “Project IP” includes the NEO EDO 2099 name, logos, universe, characters, stories, organizations, locations, artwork, visual identity, designs, trademarks, and other creative or intellectual property associated with the Project.

NEO EDO 2099 and its creators retain all intellectual property rights to the Project IP except for the limited rights expressly granted to NFT holders under this License.

2. Personal Use Rights

As long as you own the NFT, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Owned Artwork for personal purposes.

You may:

• Display the Owned Artwork for personal use.

• Use the Owned Artwork as a profile picture or digital identity.

• Share the Owned Artwork on social media or personal websites.

• Display the Owned Artwork in digital galleries or virtual environments.

• Create personal, non-commercial derivative works based on the Owned Artwork.

These rights apply only to the artwork associated with your Owned NFT.

Ownership of an NFT does not grant you independent rights to use the broader NEO EDO 2099 Project IP beyond what is contained in or expressly associated with your Owned Artwork.

These rights remain valid only for as long as you own the NFT.

3. Commercial Use

As long as you own the NFT, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Owned Artwork for commercial purposes.

Permitted commercial uses may include:

• Physical merchandise.

• Digital content.

• Videos and streaming content.

• Promotional material.

• Personal branding.

• Creative projects.

• Products featuring the Owned Artwork.

Commercial use must remain primarily based on your Owned Artwork.

The commercial rights granted under this License do not give you ownership of, or independent rights to use, the broader NEO EDO 2099 brand, universe, story, characters, organizations, locations, logos, trademarks, or other Project IP.

You may not use the NEO EDO 2099 name, logo, branding, or Project IP in a way that suggests that your product, business, service, or project is officially produced, sponsored, endorsed, licensed, or partnered with NEO EDO 2099 unless you have received separate written authorization from the Project.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Claim ownership of NEO EDO 2099 or any part of the Project IP.

• Claim copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property ownership over Project IP that you did not create.

• Use NEO EDO 2099 logos or trademarks as your own business or brand identity.

• Create, launch, or promote a competing NFT collection using the Owned Artwork or Project IP.

• Use characters, artwork, stories, organizations, locations, symbols, or other Project IP that are not part of your Owned Artwork without permission.

• Represent yourself as an official member, employee, partner, representative, or affiliate of NEO EDO 2099.

• Use the Owned Artwork or Project IP in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory, abusive, or intentionally harmful activities.

• Use the Owned Artwork in a way that intentionally misrepresents its relationship with the NEO EDO 2099 project.

• Register trademarks, copyrights, domain names, social media identities, company names, or other intellectual property rights that claim ownership of or create confusion with NEO EDO 2099 or the Project IP.

• Remove or alter identifying elements in a manner intended to falsely present Project IP as independently created intellectual property.

Any rights not expressly granted under this License are reserved by NEO EDO 2099 and its creators.

5. Transfer of License

The rights granted under this License are connected directly to lawful ownership of the NFT on the Ethereum blockchain.

When a NEO EDO 2099 NFT is sold or transferred, the rights granted under this License automatically transfer to the new lawful owner of that NFT.

If you no longer own the NFT:

• Your license to use the Owned Artwork ends.

• You must stop creating new commercial products using the Owned Artwork.

• You must stop using the Owned Artwork for new commercial branding or promotional purposes.

• You may retain previously created content for archival, historical, or portfolio purposes, provided that it is not presented in a way that suggests you still own the NFT.

Ownership of one NEO EDO 2099 NFT does not grant rights to artwork associated with any other NEO EDO 2099 NFT.

6. Project Rights

NEO EDO 2099 retains the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, develop, publish, distribute, promote, license, and commercialize the Project IP.

This includes the right to use NEO EDO 2099 artwork, characters, stories, organizations, locations, designs, and other creative elements for:

• Games.

• Animation.

• Comics.

• Storytelling.

• Merchandise.

• Marketing and promotional materials.

• Social media.

• Events.

• Collaborations.

• Digital experiences.

• Future NFT collections.

• Physical products.

• Digital products.

• Film, video, and other media.

• Other future uses of the NEO EDO 2099 universe.

The Project may continue to use, reproduce, modify, develop, and commercialize artwork associated with individual NFTs regardless of who currently owns those NFTs.

Ownership of a NEO EDO 2099 NFT does not grant the holder creative control, voting rights, approval rights, ownership rights, or decision-making authority over the development of the NEO EDO 2099 universe unless such rights are separately and expressly granted by the Project.

7. Changes to This License

NEO EDO 2099 may update this License from time to time when reasonably necessary to clarify its terms, address new uses of the Project IP, respond to changes in technology, or reflect the continued development of the Project.

Any updated version of this License will be published on the official NEO EDO 2099 website together with the date of the latest revision.

Changes to this License will not transfer ownership of a holder’s NFT or retroactively revoke rights that were lawfully exercised under an earlier version of this License.

Continued ownership or use of a NEO EDO 2099 NFT following publication of an updated License will be subject to the then-current version of this License to the extent permitted by applicable law.
